Call out Charge - £70 excl VAT (£84 inc VAT)

This is a minimum charge for a call out to an electrical problem or repair. The first 30 minutes are included within this cost. Any extra hours are charged at £37.50

Electrical Installation Condition Report EICR - £200 excl VAT (£240 inc VAT)

For any house or flat with up to 3 bedrooms. Extra bedrooms are charged at £25+VAT. Offices, Snugs etc are classed as extra bedrooms

Replacement light fitting - £60 excl VAT (£72 inc VAT

This will depend on the types of light that need installing. £60 is the minimum charge for the first light but the next one will likely be less. Chandeliers (for example) will likely cost more depending on how long they take to build

Consumer Unit (Fuseboard) Replacement - £560 excl VAT (£672 inc VAT)

This will almost always require a survey to determine an exact cost. Other works may be required before we are able to replace the board, for example, gas and water pipe bonding. This will be an RCBO board with an SPD where necessary. Includes Part P sign off and an Electrical Installation Certificate

Extra Plug Socket - £70 excl VAT (£84 inc VAT)
